2013 MEGA Reunion will be
headquartered at the Sheraton National Downtown Hotel in Nashville,
TN. April 10 – 14,
2013 is the official date.
Reservations can be made by logging onto
the special Reunion
Website at:

Be sure to reference: Marine Embassy Guard Association or MEGA.
The room rate is $124.00 per night.
Room rates are confirmed for Check-In on
10 April and
Check-Out on 14 April, 2013.
Parking fees are $11.00 (self-park) per
night.
Full breakfast buffet included in Rate, up
to 2 guests per
room per day, Triple and Quad rate includes breakfast for 4 people per
room.
Suggested
attire for Saturday Banquet:
■Semi
Formal or Cocktail Attire – Men: Suit or Sportcoat & Slacks;
Ladies: Dress
or Dress Suit; or,
■Military
Dress Uniform is appropriate for those eligible to wear their
uniform
PLEASE NOTE
You will find a couple of errors in the mailed out Registration
materials:
1. The Early-bird events are on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 (not on April
9th) – Jack Daniels Distillery & Lynchburg Tour.
2. The correct time of Event A – Best of Nashville – is 9:00 a.m. –
3:00 p.m. … some members will leave this tour at noon for Event B –
Country Music Hall of Fame Museum, while others will return to the
hotel anytime between 12 – 3 p.m. if not participating in Event B.
